Modification of a FireTV Stick
Full Stream Ahead TV provides only the labor of modifying a FireTV Stick to add 3rd-Party add-0ns. These add-ons include Live TV (Internet Protocol TV – IPTV) and On-Demand TV.
Full Stream Ahead TV does not store any streams, live or on-demand on a cloud or server. It only installs add-ons that provide streams belonging in the public domain. Full Stream Ahead TV does not condone the use, access or downloading of copyright material.
Full Stream Ahead TV does not provide or offer subscriptions for VPN, Live TV or any other 3rd-Party applications. Any subscriptions are paid by the client.
While Full Stream Ahead TV installs what they deem the most effective add-ons for clients. FSATV does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of any installed 3rd Party applications or their longevity.
Should a client have any issues or problems with any add-on, it is the client’s responsibility to contact Full Stream Ahead TV within 7 days, which at that time FSATV will troubleshoot the problem at the shipping cost of the client but without a labor charge for the troubleshooting or fixing.
Upon a client contract with Full Stream Ahead TV to modify a FireTV Stick, the client avers that they have tested their internet speed is at least 40 mbps where their FireTV Stick will be used.
Should the client still be dissatisfied with any troubleshooting, Full Stream Ahead reserves the right to refund the labor charge to the client once the client has submitted the FireTV Stick back to FSATV at the client’s expense.
After the 7-day labor warranty, any work needed to a client’s FireTV Stick will incur a $50 service charge including a shipping and handling charge.
If any work is needed that may be resolved by phone or skype, a $25 per half hour fee will be charged and paid before contact.
Use of Pirated/Copyright Content
There is no copyrighted content or media installed or stored on any FireTV device serviced by Full Stream Ahead TV.
Full Stream Ahead TV does not condone any copyright violations, including, but not limited to downloading, publicly displaying or any other activity that violates copyright law.
Full Stream Ahead TV does not know if any installed 3rd-party application holds or does not hold the proper licensing for the channels that they deliver.
Full Stream Ahead complies with the laws in the United States, understanding these applications are NOT illegal, as many of the streams on any IPTV or On-Demand application or service exists on public airways. It is each client’s responsibility to adhere to copyright laws – which currently requires two conditions: 1 – there is no downloaded content (which streaming is not) on a device and, 2 – it is not publicly displayed (not in the privacy of one’s home.)
Full Stream Ahead TV does not in any way endorse, promote or encourage any illegal or criminal activity. Downloading copyright content is unlawful and must not be practiced. The mention of any illegal/pirated content on the website, if any, happens, then it should be construed strictly for educational and informative purposes. We highly discourage piracy and strictly advise our readers to avoid it at all costs.
